| The following resolutionWhich report was accepted.The following resolution was read three several times and passed.Resolved, that Samuel W. Carr be allowed dollars in full of his account, and that said sum be paid out of the Treasury.Mr. Bingham reported on the petition of John Quimby and others, and a resolve accompanying, that they ask leave to be discharged from considering said petition and resolve; and that it is expedient to refer said petition and the resolve to a committee consisting of the delegation of Representatives from the county t)f Cheshire.Which report was accepted,And on motion,Voted, that the same be postponed to the next session of the Legislature.On motion of Mr. Keith,Voted, that Messrs.
